THREE-DIMENSIONAL NUMERICAL STUDY OF A RECTANGULAR CHANNEL WITH LONGITUDINAL VORTEX GENERATOR
In this paper, 3D numerical simulations are performed for laminar heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics of a rectangular channel with longitudinal vortex generators. The effect of two different type LVGs, RWP and DWP, is examined, the effect of two different configurations for RWP and DWP, common-flow-down and common-flow-up, is examined too. The Reynolds number based on the height of the channel varies from 190 to 1125, the attack angle of the LVGs is 45
