The Fretting Performances of Different Kinds of Gold Plating Product

摘要：

In this paperthe fretting characteristic of four kinds of gold plating-product is researched. Through a series of fretting experiments, the contact resistance maintains low and stable value which is lower than the failure criteria 1. That is mainly because of the existence of the gold which is in the track. But the corrosion resistance of the product reduces rapidly. Therefore, we calculate the wear rate and use it to describe the electric contact performance of different plating.
