Sensitivity Analysis of the Parameters and Optimization for the Nonlinear Dynamical System in Continuous Culture
In this paper,the nonlinear dynamical system of continuous glycerol fermentation to 1,3-propanediol by klebisella pnemoniae is ivestigated.Considering big errors between the experimental data and computational values in the existing models,the parameters identification model is established.The properties of the solutions for the nonlinear dynamical system are discussed and the identifiability of the parameters is proved.Because there are many identification parameters in the system,therefore this paper do the sensitivity analysis of the parameters,and select the ones which have the big sensitivity as the identification optimal variables.The paper also constructs the feasible optimization algorithm and its computation software,and obtains its optimal values of the parameters.From the numerical simulation results,the identification model and algorithm in this paper are more effective than the ones in the previous works.
