Design of Robust H∞ Controller for Uncertain Systems With Time Varying Delays

This paper is concerned about the problem of analyzing and the designing of robust H∞ controllers for time-delay systems with uncertainties and time-varying delays which is both in state and control input. A sufficient condition for the given systems with H1 properties is presented in term of a certain linear matrix inequality, and by solving the LMI, get the designing method of the robust H1 controllers. Finally an example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the designing method by using Matlab tool box.
