Application and Research of PID Control Based on Intelligent on Heating Furnaces Temperature Control

Aiming at the heating furnaces temperature characteristics of time changeable,disturbed,nonlinear and randomicity, a new fuzzy compound control method the combination of neural network and PID control is brought forward. It obtains the merits of routine PID controls prompt and exact characteristic and the trait of self-adaptation and disturbance-rejection of neural network control. The academic analysis and simulation results indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the control method.
