LMI-Based Robust Controller Design for a Line-of-Sight Stabilization System
This paper is concerned with the design of an LMI(Linear Matrix Inequality)-based robust controller for a line-of-sight(LOS) stabilization system and its robust performance analysis. The principle and modeling of the LOS have been first discussed. Then the conventional controller is represented according to the specifications of design. Further the uncertainties of the LOS have been discussed. In face of these real uncertainties the LMI-based robust controllers are designed and simulated compared with the conventional controller. They have a better disturbance attenuation and tracking performance. Finally the hardware of the LOS system and its performance experimention have been brie°y described.
