Development of Identification-Free Adaptive Intelligent Controller based on Grey Prediction
A single-neural identification-free adaptive intelligent controller based on grey prediction is developed for multi-input and multi-output(MIMO) system with time-delay. The MIMO system is decomposed into a set of multi-input-single-output(MISO) subsystems. The dynamic behavior of MISO subsystem is approximated by dynamic model called multi-variable first order grey model(GM(1,N)). Moreover, the parameters of multi-loop PID controller are regulated by identification-free adaptive intelligent algorithm. The design characteristic has no use for accurate mathematic model or identification model of controlled system. The simulation results show that the proposed controller has fast transient response and strong robustness.
