Study of IMC Based on Neural Network and Its Application in Nonlinear System

Affine nonlinear system is an important kind of nonlinear systems. It can describe a large variety of objects including electric power system,flight control system, etc. In this paper, Internal Model Control (IMC) based on Hopfield network is introduced into the control of the affine nonlinear system. Hopfield network is a kind of feedback neural networks, and it is also an affine nonlinear system. So it is used to identify the affine nonlinear system and becomes the internal model of the nonlinear system. The inverse of the Hopfield network can be used as IMC controller. The simulation of one-machine infinite-bus system proves that the new method could get satisfactory control performance.
