A Novel Full-Bridge PWM Controlling Method Based On One-Cycle Control

Full-bridge power converters are multiswitching converters which are pulsed and nonlinear dynamic systems. A novel full-bridge PWM controlling method based on One-cycle control is proposed in this paper, and this controlling method make the output of main circuit follow the reference in any waveform properly. The algorithm has many advantages, such as fast dynamic tracing, favorable robustness and waveform of high quality. A new mathematical model of full-bridge converter is founded in this text firstly, and then a PWM controller is constructed according to the model. The controller mainly consists of a integrator with a reset switch, a reverse summator and a R-S flipflop, and it controls the operating mode of two groups of switches to make the average value of switch variable equal to or directly proportional to the reference. The simulation result proves the validity of the algorithm and the practicability of the PWM controller.
