An Immune Based Optimization Design Method for Mechanical systems
The optimization design for the mechanical systems is the complicated non-linear problem. Drawing inspiration from the vertebrate immune system, the distance concentration artificial immune algorithm (DCAIA) was proposed in this paper, and this algorithm is applied in the optimization design for the mechanical systems. The example shows it is better for an axis design than that of the genetic algorithm (GA) and the classical artificial immune algorithm (CAIA).
