Robust Stability Criterion with Time-Varying Delay and Nonlinear Perturbations

The problem of robust stability for linear systems subject to time-varying delay and nonlinear perturbations is considered in this paper. Novel delay-dependent and delayindependent robust stability conditions with less conservatism are proposed by using some free matrices to express the relationship of the terms of system matrices within the framework of linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed criterion.
