Forecasting Model of Traffic Flow Based ARMA and Rough Theory
Based on Rough theory and Auto Regressive Moving Average (ARMA), the model structure of the real-time dynamic traffic flow has been analyzed, and an optimal control method of Traffic flow has been given. First of all, owing to the interferential factors of Traffic flow were too enormous, we have constructed a data-mining model that is used to regular reduction via Rough theory; Secondly, we have detailedly analyzed the parameter structure of ARMA using method of least squares, and constructed a forecasting model of Traffic Flow; Simultaneous, we have designed the running principium of the optimal control system of traffic flow, the corresponding network topological structure and the data transmitted model; Finally, a simulated example has shown that the technique is effectively and exactly. The theoretical analysis indicated that the forecasting model and algorithms have a broad prospect for practical application.
