A Novel Watermarking Algorithm Based on the Wavelet-Shamir

Based on the research of wavelet domain chaos numeral watermark algorithm, a novel wavelet chaos numeral watermark algorithm is proposed with the application of Shamir theory secret sharing thought. In the new algorithm, some digital watermark information is embedded to the subchart. In watermark withdrawing, the initial watermark information may be restored only by parts of information according to the Shamir theory. The proposed method is feasible and efficient. The experimental result shows that the new algorithm has very good visual effect, more security and robustness than the traditional wavelet-chaos algorithm.
