The Experts Evaluation Model of The Generation Companys Internal Risk Based on AHP Method

摘要：

This paper analyzes the generation companys internal risk, and divides it into 3 risk aggregates. Every risk aggregate involves some different and special risk factors. The paper uses the AHP method to calculate the risk factors weight, and uses the experts evaluation model to calculate the risk factors evaluation value. Using the two methods together, the companys internal risks result can been obtained, it can help the company control and manage the internal risk better.
