New Robust Stability Criterion of Neutral System with Norm-bounded Uncertainties
The problem of robust stability for uncertain neutral system with multiple time-varying delays is considered. The uncertainties are assumed to be normbounded. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii theory and Newton-Leibnitz formula, a new delay-dependent stability criterion is formulated in the form of linear matrix inequality(LMI). The result is considerably efficient, since it includes the information of the delays.
