The Bernardo Method with Fuzzy Constrains in Group Decision Systems
The Bernardo method is a multi-criteria group decision with respect to multischemes order problem. In real world, the group decision systems are of fuzzy quality. To deal with linguistic or uncertain attributes in decision databases, the Bernardo method should be allowed to assume fuzzy numbers. In addition, there are many fuzzy constrains in order procedures. In order to generalize Bernardo method under this case, this paper provides a detailed discussion on one extension of Bernardo method adopting the fuzzy uncertainty theory and puts forward fuzzyBernardo method with fuzzy constrains, in which the decision-makers goal value is described as fuzzy numbers. In this paper, we propose fuzzy integer programming model of the fuzzy-Bernardo method, and then provide fuzzy chance-constrained goal programming model by using credibility to measure confidence level. As a result, it has proposed a new method to solve the optimization selection of schemes coalition problem of multi-schemes with fuzzy constrains. Finally, a numerical experiment has testified the feasibility of the proposed method.
