Shell Body Flaw Detection Method Based on Gabor Wavelet
The key of automatic recognition system is feature extracting, especially in product quality automatic lossless detecting system with image sensor device. Gabor wavelet transform which has the characteristics of processing faintness signal is developed based on the Fourier Transform.The paper uses Gabor wavelet transform to detecting shell body edge. Due to the amount filter coefficients computed by Gabor filter, a kind of filtering algorithm based on domain correlation is prompted in order to process threshold Gabor filter coefficient and remove remained noise coefficient and realize the quantitative analysis for the physical features such as length and location. The result shows that the gabor wavelet coefficient has better continuity, higher accuracy and easier constructed. Especially, the effect of reducing noise is excellent. Moreover, this method has also specialty of low compute complexity and high rate.
