The Study on Dynamics Modeling and Parameters Optimization of Some Machine-Gun System

To a machine-gun system, a time-space integration model, automaton components motion model and structure multi-rigid-body model organically combined is founded. By the comparison between the tested data from ball firing experiments and the result of dynamics simulation, the correctness of this simplified model is proved. The dynamic rule of the system is found, and the theory foundation for modification of system and parameter optimization is offered. The system parameters are optimized according to the motion law of automaton by the compound form method. The structure parameter optimization and the shooting process simulation of system are combined. The feasibility of this view is proved by actual experimental.
