The Urban Wireless Alarm System Design
This paper designs a wireless alarm system with relay function. According to each channels communication quality between the central transmitter and a terminal, management software will automatically appoint some terminals with better signal intensity as relay terminals for terminals with poor-signal intensity or no feedback signal. By this way, the central transmitters commands can cover all the terminals. The system takes MSK modulation to transport data and uses (7, 4) Hamming code to encode data. The experimental result shows that this design has effectively solved the communication problem caused by the new buildings which block offthe channel, and reduced the transmission channel bit error rate.
