Scheduling and Control of Manufacturing System Based on Hybrid Petri Nets and Genetic Algorithm
This paper address an efficient way to maximize machines flow for manufacturing systems based on time hybrid petri nets(THPNs) and genetic algorithm(GA).The enabling vector of THPNs was defined and an efficient way to determine the instantaneous firing speed of THPNs was presented. To optimize machines flow for manufacture systems within a specified time horizon, a genetic algorithm was developed. Finally, that how the proposed formalism can be applied to modeling and optimization of flexible manufacturing system is shown by an example.
