The Design about Protein Sequence Spherical Surface Curve and Analysis of the Gene Pathological Change
Followed by the footsteps of genomics, there comes the functional genomics era. Since gene sequences have been decoded, large-scale protein-protein interaction data are generated with the rapid development of system biology experiments. It is important to search for function modules and predict protein functions from data in functional genomics. As the protein is a kind of structure complex and the function diverse biology macro-molecule and it is decided by 20 amino acids compositions. The protein may be regarded as 20 letters of the characters, also adapts with codons encoding method exactly. In this paper, we analyze the protein prime field structure class by using the amino acid order of rank the information and carry on the code by 2-D codons encoding method to the protein. Further, the spherical surface projection is established and the corresponding spherical surface curve is obtained. Then the structure portray chart of the protein sequence is displayed. So a special and important genomic signatures method of protein sequences is obtained by using this spherical surface curve. On the other hand, sequence alignment is a basic and important tool in bioinformatics. The research on fast and sensitive biology sequence alignment algorithm is a current hot topic of bioinformatics. Finally, some original sequence and the corresponding one after mutation are searched from Genbank randomly. And the differences among them are investigated, which the change of the structure and function of the protein may be induced. So the protein structure of the mutation sequence to the gene pathological change to carry on the description analysis is induced.
