Enhancing Small-World Network Synchronization
We define the characteristic path length of every node and introduce a directed network model with weighted coupling strength, and uncover a conclusion that synchronizability of the network depends on the eigenratio of a symmetric matrix. Within this model, we have simulated the small-world network with different scales and shown the suitably weighted networks. The simulation results display this weighted model significantly improved synchronizability of the small-world network.
