Existence and Global Asymptotic Stability of Almost Periodic Solutions for Static Neural Networks with Time-Varying Delays

摘要：

In this paper, using the theory of fixed point and Liapunov functional methods, we study the existence and global asymptotic stability of almost periodic solutions for static neural networks with variable coefficients and time-varying delays. The results are new and complement previously known results.
