A General Software Implementation Approach to Control Engineering
Open Control Platform (OCP), as a general software implementation approach, is a kind of software architecture with distributed, asynchronous, real-time, and ubiquitous features; it is connected by a special open communication protocol CORBA. Software Cybernetics is utilized to investigate and implement OCP, which includes software enabled control, open control, virtual resources management, object request broker, middleware communication, dynamical scheduling and other techniques. From two large classifications middleware and modern advanced control the OCP related techniques are analyzed, furthermore some techniques are improved: rule base decision, resource tree management, multiple share mechanism. At the end of this article, related simulation experiments and tests are described, and the experimental results show OCP is suitable to many kind of control engineering.
