Variable Universal Fuzzy Controller and Its Application
The double layer welding process is a type of brazing process,the lag time of control object is small,respond speed quick.(control period request within 200ms). The fluctuation of nominal cross and the electrode contact resistance etc. make great influence to the process, and the variety of the temperature is very quick, the general fuzzy control can hardly achieve control precision under the sistuation that have no experience rules to control the welding temperature, but the fuzzy control method based on variable-universe resolve the contradiction between the rules and the precision.The contraction-expantion factor regulate the universe change the fuzzy rules indirectly,consequently, enhance the precision and the robustness of the system. In this paper, design a contraction-expantion factor based on the increment of the control quantity,and the simulation shows the effectiveness of the variable-universe controller.
