Grey Relational Analysis Method for Hybrid Multiple Attribute Decision Making with Incomplete Attribute Weights
For the hybrid multiple attribute decision-making problem with incomplete information on attribute weights to which the attribute values are given in terms of real number, interval number and natural language, a new Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) method is proposed, which is the extension of the traditional GRA algorithm. In the method, the grey relational degree for hybrid index sequences is introduced to determine the relation degree between every alternative and the positive ideal point. Then, the part optimization models and the global optimization model are constructed to seek incomplete attribute weights, on the basis of which grey appraisal value of every alternative corresponding to the ideal solution is calculated to rank all alternatives. At last, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed method. The result shows the approach is simple, effective and easy to calculate.
