The Analysis of Oilfield Oil-water Separation Control Process Based on Multi-Variable Adaptive State Feedback Predictive Control

By use mechanism analytical method, variable relevant-chart of oil-water separation process is obtained, and clear classify the relation among variable. Based on Multi-variable state feedback predictive control(SFPC) algorithm, oil-water separation control process in oilfield unite-station with time-lag, coupling and uncertainty has been analyzed. The multi-variable adaptive SFPC algorithm of electric dehydration systems is given. The virtue of this method in engineering is easy to model, small optimized counts and keep the security of control.
