Output Feedback Stabilization of Large-Scale Nonlinear Systems Based on Comparison Principle
This paper investigates the problem of robust output feedback stabilization for a family of uncertain nonlinear systems with Lipschitz condition. To achieve global robust stabilization that deceases complex level, we introduce a comparison model to transfer the problem into output feedback stabilization of the comparison systems, which is of lower dimensions. We develop a robust output feedback control scheme for composite uncertain nonlinear systems. Under the Lipschitz conditions, a stability condition is explored in form of M matrix, which is then extended to corresponding LMI expression, such that the output feedback gain can be determined by LMI technique. The construction of output feedback controller uses only the knowledge of the bounding systems rather than the uncertain systems itself. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the results of the paper.
