Stability of a Kind of Dynamic Algorithm in Internet Congestion Control Systems
Internet congestion control has become increasingly important today due to the explosive expansion and growth of the network traffics. Based on the optimality principle of the network, a dynamic adaptive Internet congestion control primal dual algorithm at the resources and the link nodes is presented. By using multi-variable frequency control theories, many frequency characteristics of the frequency plots are obtained , and the asymptotical stability criterion of the adaptive congestion control algorithm with communication delays is proved.
