A LMI Approach to Output Feedback H1 Control of Uncertain Time-Varying Delay Systems

The new α-stabilization problem is provided for a class of uncertain time-varying delay systems. Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii function combined with linear matrix inequality (LMI)technique, an output feedback control law is designed such that the resulting closed-loop system is αstable and possesses H1 performance for all admissible uncertainties.
