A Demonstration Research on the Influencing Factors of Organizational Knowledge Growth Performance
The paper on the basis of the characteristic of knowledge and the route for knowledge restructuring analyzes the influence to knowledge growth performance. Some hypothesis relation models are established to explain what factors will promote the pervasion and innovation of organizational knowledge and influence to knowledge growth performance. The article conducts an investigation and analysis to many R&D groups of high-tech enterprise of China, verifies the relationships between these influencing variables and the performance of organizational learning. Then the author makes corrections to the hypothetical model.
