Actuator Fault Detection Systems Design Based on Blind System Identification

This paper considers an actuator fault detection problem of systems with unknown input signals based on blind system identification approach. That is, we assume that the system actuator has two unknown input signals, one is output of the actuator with unknown dynamics and another one is an unknown fault signal. For this fault signal detection, blind systems identification technique is considered. Simulation result shows the effectiveness of the proposed design method.
