H∞ Performance for a Class of Uncertain Linear Time-delay Systems Based on LMI

By using linear matrix inequality approach, this paper deals with H1 control problem for a class of uncertain linear systems with time-varying state and control input delays and norm-bounded parameter perturbations. A sufficient condition for such system to be robust stabilization by state feedback is obtained based on LMI approach.Moreover,the result is not only stabilizes the time-delay system, but also makes the H1 norm of such closed-loop system to be less than a given upper bound.
