Application of Uncertainty Reasoning Based on Trapezium Cloud Model
Uncertainty reasoning is a very important problem in many applications. Cloud model is an effective tool in uncertain transforming between qualitative concepts and their quantitative expressions. The significant improvement is that the cloud model effectively integrates fuzziness and randomness of linguistic terms in a common sense. The trapezium clouds are most useful in representing linguistic atoms because trapezium distribute have been supported by every brand of both social sciences and natural sciences. trapeziumcloud model has extensive exist in everyday life and own merits to represent numerical concept; In this paper, cloud model and uncertainty reasoning method based on trapezium cloud model are introduced. Some related definitions of trapezium cloud were given, and the new methods of uncertainty reasoning that has combine with trapezium-cloud model were proposed. Finally, the application of trapezium-cloud model in uncertain reasoning is discussed. a example shows that the method can reasoning more effectively.
