DAIRY-PRODUCT SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATION MODEL BASED ON STACKELBERG GAME
With the formation and development of supply chain management concept. Both theory and business circles attach more and more importance to dairy-product supply chain. However, the research on the dairy-product supply chain coordination is very weak in the theory circles. In particular, it is still a blank that game theory applies to the coordination problems. The nodal enterprises neglect the whole value of dairy-product supply chain and affect the further development of dairy industry, because the information is asymmetrical and enterprises consider questions only from ones own interests. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the coordination problems of dairy-product supply chain in Stackelberg game theory. This paper establishes and applies the coordination model of Stackelberg game to attain overall benefit maximization of dairy-product supply chain on the basis of guaranteeing all members interest, which will impel the dairy-product supply chain smooth, and then promote healthy development of dairy-product industry.
