RESEARCH ON TASK ASSIGNMENT IN SUPPLY CHAIN BASED ON BINARY TREE OF BOM

摘要：

A member enterprise in a supply chain may not be able to perform all the tasks it has received completely due to lack of resources. So core enterprise need to reassign task to member enterprises in supply chain. In order to realize the core enterprise production assign task quickly and accurately to the downward node enterprise, this paper utilized the characteristic of BOM, based on research the core enterprise to the node enterprises task assignment. Then constructed task assignment model based on the BOM, and analyzed the core enterprise to the node enterprises task assignment process from the BOM angle.
