SUPPLY CHAIN MRP THEORY AND CASE ANALYSIS——A CASE ANALYSIS ON ZTE COMPANY IN CHINA

摘要：

At present, MRP is a key system of purchase, production, and plan in most of logistics system of enterprise supply chain. In the paper, basic theory of MRP, its application on ZET, and the abnormal conditions were discussed. The author hopes that we can make more enterprises attend the MRP in logistics supple chain, and materials plan, purchase, and production programming more efficient and reasonable.
