JOINT ECONOMIC LOT SIZING OPTIMIZATION IN SUPPLY CHAIN UNDER ASYMMETRIC INFORMATION AND VARIABLE LEAD TIME
A single vendor single buyer joint economic lot sizing optimization in supply chain under asymmetric information and variable lead time is researched. To be consistent with practical situations, the lead time of the buyer is supposed to be linear function of order quantity and the demand is distribution-free stochastic variable. Order quantity 、safety stock factor and number of deliveries are taken as decision variables in order to optimize the integrated expected total inventory costs of vendor and buyer in supply chain. An optimal algorithm is designed and numerical example is presented to illustrate the results of the proposed model.
