Coordination Mechanism of Return Contract in Supply Chain under Stochastic Demand

摘要：

In a two-level supply chain composed of one supplier and one retailer, return contract with market stochastic demand was designed. Firstly, the double marginalization was verified that existed in supply chain contract with no returns policy. Then, for overcoming this phenomenon, the contracts with full return policy was analyzed. The partners of supply chain can achieve coordination through the given parameters. The impact of parameters of stochastic demand on return contract was given through a numerical example.
