LIFTING THE VALUE CREATIVE ABILITY OF TOURISM SUPPLY CHAIN

Bring supply chain management into enterprise strategy category is the urgent need for Chinese tourism enterprises answering globalization competition. The now available tourism supply chain patterns have not lessened inside business cost and have not realized the best enterprise and industry performance at all. The basic mission of tourism supply chain is creating value for customer rather than just increase it. Finding core enterprises, choosing suitable supply chain patterns and implanting the global value chain actively are all effective methods.
