RETURN POLICY TO REALIZE COORDINATING AND WIN-WIN FOR PERISHABLE COMMODITIES’ SUPPLY CHAIN

摘要：

Study on the pricing and ordering problem of a decentralized supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a retailer. In this supply chain, the manufacturer acts as the leader of the Stackelberg game and makes decisions for the whole supply chain benefits. We suggested return policy which can realize coordination and win-win of the supply chain. Through models and numerical analyses, comparing the results under return policy with the results without any contract, we can see that using return policy can realize coordination and win-win of the supply chain. The advantages of the return policy in improving the profits for both the whole supply chain and each member are discussed.
