RESEARCH ON LOCATION PROBLEMS OF LOGISTICS FACILITIES FOR MANUFACTURERS UNDER UNCERTAIN STATES
To solve uncertain location problems of logistics facilities for manufacturers, flow direction of forward and reverse logistics chain is analyzed in detail; the uncertain states that manufactories may face in logistics facilities location problems are divided into finite scenarios; probability evaluations are made corresponding to different scenarios. Then basing on robust optimization theory, a novel forward and reverse logistics facilities’ location model for general manufactories is established, deviation item and penalty function are set, expectation and variance of objective function are optimized to make balance between results solidity and model solidity. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity of this model.
