ANALYSIS OF SUPPLY CHAIN BASED ON NETWORKED MANUFACTURING BY USING OBJECT-ORIENTED PETRI NETS
The research uses Object-oriented Petri Net(OPN) to analyze the process of supply chain base on networked manufacturing. The proposed approach employs Computer Integrated Manufacturing Open System (CIMOS) rules to model the process of manufacturing supply chain. After describing the operation of supply chain base on networked manufacturing, the model of each object in the supply chain was designed. And the P-invariant was calculated. From the P-invariant, system properties such as deadlock, overflow and conflict can be analyzed. The analysis results indicate that the supply chain system is effective.
