STUDY SYSTEMATICALLY ON ENTERPRISE REVERS LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
Nowadays, reverse logistics management is to be more and more valued by enterprises. In this paper, the authors try to design a conceptual model of the reverse logistics management that includes cost occurring points, so that enterprise managers can have a clearer understanding of reverse logistics operation. Through the discussion on the relevant factors resulting in complex reverse logistics, the authors analyse the main difficulties in controlling enterprise reverse logistics. Furthermore, based on the analysis of the Key control points to perform enterprise reverse logistics, the authors finally provide many optimized management strategies, which can help managers better implement the whole reverse logistics strategy.Nowadays, reverse logistics management is to be more and more valued by enterprises.
