RISK EVALUATION OF INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING PROJECT BASED ON MULTI-LEVEL FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION MODEL

With the globalization of economy, international engineering projects cooperation would be increasingly common. Thus it becomes critical to set up risk evaluation criteria system. The object of this research is a state-owned enterprise operating international engineering projects of building concrete product line abroad. The chief aim of this paper is to evaluate international engineering project risks effectively. The approach adopted extensively in this paper is called multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and this method addresses three concerns: identifying the primary risk indexes by the establishment of three-level structure model; confirming various indexes’ priority weights by the analytic hierarchy process method; employing properly comprehensive evaluation model to expose the degree of project risks. It is concluded that the application of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive model to evaluate project risks would provide a reasonable theory support for the enterprise taking effective measures to reduce or avoid various risks.
