RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE PROCESS OF TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION
Technology innovation is a kind of technology economic activity that has the nature of exploration and creativity. In the process of technology innovation, enterprises will face a variety of risks inevitably. With the intensify of the economic globalization, the competition is increasing between enterprises, the risk of technology innovation has become one of the obstacles to the technology innovation. In the process of technology innovation, to guarantee the success of technology innovation, it is important to stress the general risk management. Based on the analysis for the necessary of strengthen the enterprise technology innovation risk management and the illustration of every tache of risk management, the paper analyzes the technology innovation risks, it includes the impact factors of technology innovation risk and technology innovation risk characteristics. The paper uses qualitative and quantitative method to illustrate how to make risk identification and risk assessment, and generates the countermeasures of enterprise technology innovation risk management and risk monitoring measures.
