COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE SEARCHING SCALE AND ENTERPRISE RISK ANALYSIS

This paper discussed the relating concepts of risk analysis and the importance of competitive intelligence in risk analysis. Combined with the analysis of competitive intelligence searching cost, drawn lessons from the search of marginal cost and marginal income in information economics, utilized the relation of marginal searching cost and marginal risk analysis income, put forward a model to choose the best value of the competitive intelligence searching scale in risk analysis. In accordance with the discussing of other factors that could affect the competitive intelligence searching scale, finally put forward a model to make sure the actual competitive intelligence searching scale.
