Study on Risk Management in Total Life Cycle of Construction Project

摘要：

The pattern of traditional risk management of project is close and independent in total life cycle of project. The goal of risk management has been unable to achieve by this way. In the paper, the importance of risk management in total life cycle of project is proposed. And organization design, plan making and management process of risk management in total life cycle are expounded. Risk identification, analysis, control and track are carried in management process to raise risk management level and reduce construction risk.
