INNOVATION NETWORK IN HARVEST

This paper analyzes the effect of organizational culture, innovation stratagem,cooperate business mode to innovation networks. Organizational culture is a key factor to innovation network. Successful organization has the ability to absorb innovation into its culture. Members learn how to act in organization through cultural manage, organization culture will encourage or baffle innovation. Innovation stratagem may advance new product or service to be executed. Top management trace out a series of strategic aims. If these aims emphasize quality but not efficiency that it can advance innovation. Strategic intent can affect corporation behaviour and relation between corporations. Any invention will lack path to enter market if it has not suite business mode. Cooperate between organizations will produce effect that unilateral cannot produce. Through cooperation process manager must conformity their resource and culture, which need open communication. Harvest is a famous foodstuff-selling corporation in Australian. This corporation has not its own manufactory or planting farm but only one exhibition in centre city. Harvest is famous and successful in Australian. We take Harvest as an example to analyzes mode of innovation networks. We learn from Harvest that diversity culture and open communication are two key factors to build innovation networks.
