A MODEL OF THE BASIC RESEARCH PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN UNIVERSITIES

摘要：

The basic research performance evaluation in universities appraises not only research results but also its implementation process. Need to not only estimate that the basic research directness outputs, but also attach importance to many-sided society and economy effect. The paper builds a performance evaluation of the basic research and development management an index system, and designs a model of the basic research performance evaluation in universities. The model levels beneficial to carrying out all-round, concrete valuation on the research and development management.
